Chicken Spaghetti Salad
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Creamy Asiago Dressing
Directions
- Cook 1/4 pound of spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- Combine cooled pasta with 2 cups of cooked shredded boneless skinless breasts of chicken, 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves, 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half and 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Creamy Asiago Dressing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve at room temperature.
