Chicken Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Chicken Spaghetti Salad

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Creamy Asiago Dressing

Directions

  1. Cook 1/4 pound of spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. Combine cooled pasta with 2 cups of cooked shredded boneless skinless breasts of chicken, 2 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves, 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half and 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Creamy Asiago Dressing.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve at room temperature.
