<h4>Uncle Fran’s Chili</h4>
<ul>
<li>1 box <strong>Maggie &amp; Mary’s Chill Chasin’ Chili</strong></li>
<li>1 lb. ground beef</li>
<li>1/2 chopped onions</li>
<li>12 oz. beer (1 can)</li>
<li>1 can sliced mushrooms, drained</li>
<li>1 can corn, well drained</li>
<li>3 1/2 cups water</li>
<li>Tabasco Sauce (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Brown ground beef in large pot. As meat browns, add onion and mushrooms. Cook together until beef is done and onions are tender. Drain well and return meat mixture to pot.</p>
<p>Add the chili mix, the beer, and 3 1/2 cups water. Mix well. Add packet of red beans and corn. Blend well with whisk.</p>
<p><em>Add shot of Tabasco sauce if you like.</em></p>
<p>Simmer 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally.</p>

<p>Prepare soup according to instructions on box. As soup starts to cook, brown hamburger in large skillet. Add celery and onion; cook until vegetables are soft. Add meat/vegetable mixture to soup. Continue simmering (with lid off) until soup is done. Before taking off the stove, stir in the sour cream until well blended. Serve over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 package <strong>Stonewall Kitchen Popover Mix</strong></li>
<li>2 cups water, room temperature</li>
<li>4 eggs, room temperature</li>
<li>2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, plus additional butter to grease muffin tin</li>
<li>1 cup very finely chopped pecans</li>
<li>1 Tbsp. instant coffee</li>
<li>1/2 cup semisweet chocolate, shaved finely</li>
</ul>
</div>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven and standard 12 cup muffin tin to 450°F.</li>
<li>Prepare popover recipe according to package directions. Batter will be lumpy.</li>
<li>Stir in pecans, coffee and chocolate.</li>
<li>Remove muffin tin from oven, quickly brush the extra melted butter into each cup and around the rims.</li>
<li>Fill cups 3/4 full with batter.</li>
<li>Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking for 15-20 minutes until they are a rich golden brown.</li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.</li>
<li>Drizzle olive oil over sweet potatoes and potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.</li>
<li>Place potatoes in a bowl. Mash and add the Cranberry Pomegranate Chutney and cinnamon. Add additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm.</li>
